I've got a stock 7mtge and i want more power without upping the boost. Any suggestions?

I'd have to ask why? Boost is the easy and cheap way to get power, and by default simple things like exhausts and such reduce backpressure and you get some more boost, wanted or not.

Intake and complete exhaust really helps the turbo breathe a lot better. You'll get a faster spool, more hp and torque across the entire rpm band, and pick up maybe 1 or 2 psi of extra boost. Best performance mod on any turbo car is to get rid of the restrictive catalytic converters.
