Holy Good Lord.
I'm just going to say "no".
The costs of converting a Camry to RWD, then trying to bang out the tranny tunnel for a Getrag v160 transmission in there, then the engine and cockpit are flat out insane. I am sure the subframe is not designed for that power in the rear, and being that the gas tank and trunk are there, I'm betting the differential wouldn't fit without SERIOUS modifications.

On top of that, the locations where the shifter would need to be are off by a good bit, and I am pretty sure that the 2JZ I6 won't fit in the engine bay without some other serious mods.
All in all, you could spend double-digit thousands converting a Mk3 Camry to RWD
THEN nevermind the amount of Mk4 parts you'd need.
You would need:
- Entire 2JZ-GTE Front Clip (ECU, Wiring Harness, Engine, etc.) (~$4000)
- Getrag v160 6Spd transmission (New: ~$5000, Used: ~...)
- Custom Built Driveshaft & Bearings
- Mk4 Differential (which doesn't even fit under the Mk3 Supra, might I add)
- Full brake/Rotor/etc assemblies
In short,
No.
