Stall after Immediate Throttle Release

so my car has been stalling. its automatic by the way. i realized it happens when im giving a good amount of gas and i immediately let off(not fast driving maybe 10-15mph max). what could be causing this? i adjusted my TPS and doesn't seem to be that. i found a thread on here about that before but i cant find it again. any ideas?

A couple of other things: Dashpot. It stops the sudden slam of the throttle plate, and lets the engine stabilize. If it isn't working or is out of adjustment, you may stall.
Idle stabilizer valve: if this is getting stuck, you may have a problem.
Boost leak/BOV: externally vented BOV, or a cracked pipe would do it. You should though not be able to build much boost either.
Gasket: I had a similar thing that was accompanied with really rough running. Turns out the EGR gasket was shot. That small a leak was enough.

That list should take the weekend to test through. Let us know how it goes!

I removed my dashpot setup, saw no difference.

I'm guessing the Stock BOV has failed and is leaking. Pull it off, and blow through it. If you can blow through it both ways, it's failed.
