It's just a standard JDM Swap. The way taxes work over there, the cars are often sold after 40,000 miles. Hence most places say they are 40,000 miles on the JDM engines. You will never know, because they probably don't. It's very doubtful that they record the mileage for a block before it's cut out.
But who in their right mind put Bosch Plat's in a 7m?
