USA 87 door hinges

Hello all !!! I am new to the site, have run a search with no luck ... I recently purchased an 87 Supra turbo
and the driver & passenger side door hinges are shot, the doors do not close properly anymore.
I picked up 2 new hinges from the dealership, but I cannot get the old ones off. The bolts are under the
front quarter panel ... the repair manual says to get a "cranked" wrench from the dealership, which I have
had no luck finding. Has anyone here successfully replaced the hinges without removing the quarter panels?

I am only trying to replace the top hinges ...
thanks

I've always pulled the fenders off to ease access. Sorry I can't be more positive!

Thanks for your input ... I was able to use a 12mm 45 degree offset box end wrench
to get it off, after taking the bolts out of the door side of the hinge, and pulling the
door out a bit to get some clearance (supported on a jack & jack stands, with a
helper to steady it). Getting the top bolt to thread back in was a trick.

It's a lot better, but not perfect ... it seems the lower one is shot too, so back to the dealership I go ...
