so my coolant catch can has a pretty bad leak all along the bottom seam. i looked around and cant seem to find a place that sells oem ones.
horsepowerfreaks.com has a billet one, but im not sure if it would bolt up or not. its pretty cheap too, figure it would hold up better than the plastic oem one.
You can use that can, however it doesn't look like it is setup for the low coolant sensor. So... You'll have to deal with that and make sure it holds coolant. Other than that, it looks like every other generic catch can out there.
No, it won't bolt straight up, you'll have to figure another way to mount it.

well the low coolant sensor isnt a big deal. is there any other replacements suggestions or any place you know of to get a New oem catch can? i dont want to get a used one and have it turn out to leak just like mine....
I have never seen them leak either. They are plastic, don't see how they would develop a leak really unless they were dropped or excessive heat..weird.
Otherwise, JB weld! It will plug the leak.

its weird, theres a seam along the bottom and right there its leaking in a few spots. not sure if its ever been dropped(not since ive owned it), but the leak has gotten worse in the last few months.
ya i was under the car and saw the drips coming out from the seam. the can wasnt anywhere near full enough to overflow. there wasnt any coolant down the sides either, definitely coming from that seam on the bottom.
