3rd Generation dashboard & front seats

anybody know how to take out the dashboard? does the center
console need to come out first? I realize there are some bolts
up under there ... anyone who has done it have any suggestions?
i.e. remove seats first, then dashboard? etc.

and the front seats? are the securing bolts under the seats or
under the car?

also the drivers side lumbar support seems to
be stuck all the way out, the switch does nothing. I imagine
there is a motor inside the seat ... the stealership said the motor
(or whatever) is no longer available. rats.
could it be rebuilt? any suggestions?

The whole Heater Core took me the better part of a day. I'd rather do a head gasket/engine pull/swap than replace that heater core again.

As for the seats. There should be a 2 front and 2 rear bolts (one F/R per rail) and it should come out. I've only taken out the passenger before, and that's the way it was. You have to finagle the belt assembly but it's nothing noteworthy.
