A new toy for all you auto trans junkies out there.

http://awshifting.com/index.html

Here you go folks, an electronic controller that allows you to manualy shift your A340. It was developed for the 4X4 truck crowd, but it should work with the A340 in the Supra.

There's already been one available for about 5 years now...http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55

The 4th gen is a standalone tranny computer now, not just a piggyback. Not very many of them out there, and I'm glad to see another option available though! If I had an auto, id definately consider it!

Good to know there are other things out there. This thing has poped up in the truck forums lately. It was orriginaly made for the Jeep 3040s, but they have expanded into the Toyota market since it is more or less the same trans.

It's cheaper than the one for the Mk3, but it has far fewer features.
