7MGE - Stuck with changing Head Gasket???

Hey everyone,
I just bought an '86 MK III Supra and I'm trying to take off my engine head to change the Head Gasket.
I already took off the intake plenum, exhaust manifold, unscrewed the 14 headbolts, and the head is loose, but something is still holding it on pretty tight. I'm pretty certain it is being held on by this water fitting at the back (hot water to heater lines?) Does anyone know what size socket I need and how deep will it have to be to clear the hose attachment? And do I have to take off the middle cover above the sparkplugs to get it off?

Heres a pic of the fitting:

I'd appreciate any help I can get (this is the 1st engine I've worked on)

*SORRY I DOUBLE POSTED THE THREAD*

That fitting doesn't have to be removed to loosen the head. You also do not have to pull the valley cover off to remove the head.

Alright thanks Jeeves. I'll try to figure out what's holding the head.

Cheers
