Question coilovers on MK3 Supra??

my question is does tein ss still exist on MK3 Supras?? i have heard from someone that they don't produce them anymore. is this true?? i just wanna know. and another thing if i plan to go with either coilovers or spring/dampers type to lower my car '89 Supra, what's a brand i could buy to improve performance?? pics plz. of what you guys have on your vehicle. thx.

teins fail, only reason i say this is because they tend to rust from the inside out and eventually blow, so unless ur in a reasonably rustfree state, id go with something else, see if JIC makes them for the mkiii... best coilovers out there

The jic are nice, and a step up from perhaps the lower end teins, but far from the best. On par with say the tein RA's. For top quality, you'd look to the next to extinct Ohlins. I've owned teins for a few years now (since just before TEIN started bringing the flex in) and have to say I've never seen a problem with rust, nor have I heard from supra owners having problems. If you were to drive them all year in a snow belt you might, but summer use only is not really a problem in my experience and reading.
