I have a friend who was N/a and he put a turbo kit on it. He also put a 6 speed matted to it. I think you will find out more info on the supra forums.

Now, lemme think. Since you said 1994, we're going to assume it's a Mk4 Supra. Now, these are NOT my specialty, so take this all with a grain of salt.

IIRC You should not use the 2JZ-GE's W58 5 Speed Transmission for the 2JZ-GTE, nor would you want to. The w58 was NEVER built to hold the kind of power a 2JZ-GTE will put through it. You should use a Getrag V160 6 Speed transmission from a TT car. The W58 was beefed up slightly for the 2JZ-GE, but the 5 Speed R154 (Mk3 Supra) and the V160 (Mk4 Supra) are both far superior, and you can't use the R154 on the 2JZ.

For the swap, you'll probably need a whole front clip. Now, the 1994's weren't OBDII so, you've got a slight perk there. However, beyond that, I don't know much. Mk3 swaps are my gig.
