Bought an 89 to get a hatch and rear bumper for my 87. The 89 is silver/grey cloth, no rust or accidents. engine runs but has bad rod knock. A/C is cold. everything except radio works. Interior is pretty good, no cracks or tears, but carpet has some stains.

What is the trim like on the parts car? I either need paintmatched red, or grey.

First post: If you mean the black strip under the bumpers, I may need that myself, but will let you know. If you mean something else, please let me know.

Second Post: The trim around the sides is grey (it's a silver car), and in good shape for being 16 years old. There are no missing pieces.

The console lid is in good shape, still has the cup holders attached to the underside. The cover has no tears, and the material shows no wear. The pad underneat is solid. Please send a note to pddcoo@gmail.com, and I'll send a pic.

I would be interested in the rearview mirror if it is in
immaculate condition. My mirror has black areas around
the edges where the silver backing on the mirror glass
has come off for some reason, and I would like to replace
it ...

you wouldnt happen to have the trim from around the door locks would ya? My friend said that those are pretty hard to come by and none of the junkyards in town have them...
