86 NA possible purchase...

im considering buying an 86 NA supra, stated to have slight undercarrage, and body pannel rust. said to have lsd, is this correct? used to be burgandy, now is painted grey, has new doors, electric stuff works. says its got 200K mls, and rund good, and shifts good (5 speed).

the bad... says the brakes are "rusted" ( idk if its disc rust, or actual -keeping me from stopping- rust) the e brake is said to work. i could drive it to my place (not far) if needed.

guys asking 250 for it, i think he just wants it gone...
