1987 n/a knock sensor location??

Hello, I just got a 1987 Supra. It is the American version (if that matters), and its a n/a.
The check engine light is on and when I flashed the engine code it came up 52 which is the knock sensor. I was told that my car has only one knock sensor and it should be located somewhere in the vicinity of the starter on the engine block on the drivers side. I have also read that its on the passenger side!
I have searched from above and from below and I can't find it anywhere.
I bought a Haynes book for the car and believe it or not.. it makes no mention of where the knock sensor is located.

thisis a picture taken from a thread from the other forum im in....check it out, it should clarify the location. and yes its on the drivers side close to the starter..
