idle surge

when i start my supra the idle surges between 1200 - 2200 rpm this all started suddenly and it continues to do it even when warm. i've cleaned the maf and checked the vacuum lines,everything seems to be in working order.what else can i check?thanks

Could be your TPS. Make sure the voltage is within spec on the TPS.

i think i have gone through about 3 of these tps's. if all else fails, blame it on the tps

i changed the tps after i scanned the engine codes.also i just took it off and checked the spring action of the lever.
