Question Found an 87 Supra

Local used car dealer has an 87 turbo with a 5 speed and a targa top, Light metallic blue and blue interior. KBB says it should go for $4300.... But the top leaks at all 4 corners, back hatch is leaking too, the clutch pedal drops to the floor, and the interior is kinda rough.

What do you guys think I should offer???

Personally I'd offer $0 and find a better example. Sounds like this one is pretty rough. The seals are only a few hundred, clutch cylinders are a couple of hundred or so, hatch seal, over 100, plus any other issues you stumble upon. Water entry suggests there will be rust somewhere as well, and body work is the killer of these cars...not worth the price to fix.
