No if you look, it looks like the numbers go left to right (sorta like on old GM cars) instead of the round speedo like ours. And does it have some sort of display just over the steering column?
What you're looking at is a rare item, that's the Digital Dash. It was only available in RHD 2.5L (JZA70) vehicles and as far as I know, only ONE has ever been swapped to LHD and US Measurements.
Getting it to fit in the LHD space isn't so hard, however, there's a good deal of stuff you need to make it work:
1) The Body Harness for a 1JZ Digital Dash
2) Speedometer cord and Sending unit.
3) Re-wire all the different body connectors.

there's a guy over on supramania.com that's wiring up the digidash to fit his LHD car. he goes in spurts of progress, though. it's in the sub section of the General section called Buildups/pics if i remember right. i think his username is Stretch.
