The picture you posted is that of the long rumored Toyota 4500GT

You'll also note that it's only a concept sketch that has been a rumor since the pre-MK4 days. Supposedly, it is slated to be a 2 seat mid-engined NSX competitor with a 1UZ-FE V8 or some variant thereof.
Concepts illustrations (such as that picture) have labeled it the '4300GT' (also occasionally called the 4500GT) which would most likely be using the 4.3L 3UZ-FE V8 in a mid-engined layout (Based on the name alone).
Either way, it's possibly a cool car, but definately not a Supra and I doubt it (In that form) will ever be made. However, you will also note that from the looks of it, it almost looks like the new Toyota Volta concept... (which has been slated for production)
Back on topic of a 2005 Supra, you all also may find this article interesting:
Toyota Won’t Bring Back Supra.
In short, I just don't get this:

Press points instead to the Camry Solara, MR2 Spyder roadster and Celica, along with sport-tuned versions of some Toyota trucks, as filling the performance void.

So, we've got the Solara, a Convertible small car, the daughter of the Supra, and "Performance Tuned" trucks.
In Closing,
WTF is Toyota thinking?
