My supra is completely unmodified at this point, it has a brand new head gasket, and I haven't really seen any problems yet since then (except the fan shroud that fell into my fan, so I replaced the fan with an electric one.) Anyway, at the track, immediately after the head gasket was replaced, I was dragging it, just to see what kind of times I could get. Best I could manage was around 15.2, reason being, at the top of third I was getting fuel cut-out for some reason. After hard acceleration up to about 80 the fuel cuts out. Anyone have any idea what could be causing that?
If it matters I'll list what I've replaced:
Head Gasket
Timing Belt
Valve Cover Gasket
Water Pump
It still performs, but it would be nice if I could eliminate the fuel cut-out. Let me know if you have any ideas!

If you're hitting fuel cut, you have a boost leak somewhere, or your wastegate has a problem. Given the times you list, I'm going with leak. Your turbo is working enough air to hit the volume required for fuel cut, but it isn't developing the pressure to open the wastegate. Find the leak, and cut goes away!
Your fuel mileage will also be the pits while its like this...the ecu "thinks" all that air is getting in the cylinders, and will push the fuel richer than it actually needs to be.
Thank you for the response, I will have to explore your hypothesis. I hope it works and I"ll be back to let you know...when I get around to checking into it =).

I've never heard of fuel cut due to losing spark. They feel very different. One is like just losing power, the other feels like "Power, power, power, running into a brick wall".

Who came up with this 500px wide BS?
I didn't mean to imply that it was fuel cut due to the plugs being blown out; I meant that it might not be fuel cut at all, and it might be spark being blown out instead.
