brake issue

My front driver side tire locked up the other day, smoking out of the wheel well, its hydraulicly frozen when i open the bleeder fluid came out. After the fluid came out... i tried to bleed it and fluid does not bleed thru it. Now my pedal goes half way (like it needs to be bled) and then i get some braking. i was wondering were i should start i was thinkin either the master cylinder or i have kinks in the line.. i was thinkin i should see which brakes bleed first. Any ideas on how to make the diagnosis faster..

I say pull the caliper and see if the piston can be pushed back in, if it's being stubborn, you probably need a new caliper.

The master cylinder wouldn't cause this issue.

The problem is at the wheel somewhere....

Find out of your calipers are seized. Jack up the front, leave the car on neutral and try to spin the front wheels. Report back with result.

caliper moves fine.... if i go 2 bleed the brakes i get no fluid at the front at all..... so im leading towards the proprotion valve.. i can get fluid to bleed at both rears... not even a drop at the two front... i cant think of much else that can block both calipers..
