Supertoy ...

dont know if you guys are interested or not .. but I thought I would post up anyway , seeings as I use the fourm for info anyways ...

SUPERTOY 7M-GTE ~400HP full custom frame , with supra front IFS + rack .. rear Cradle = IRS , LSD

a little closer to realizing my dream

a little intro.

ENGINE BUILD
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t149947.html

THE BUILD
http://toyota2wd.proboards2.com/inde...ead=1130036918

....

so .. finally after a couple of years .. some progress .

frame is under construction .. My shop is way to busy , so I had to bring in some help .

my buddy Saul offered up space and time ..

so finally almost a rolling chassis

next is the tranny crossmember and driveshaft hoop , then I can start on the cab mounts anf box mounts .

steering shaft and wheel is mocked up in the cab .. so now I can also start on the dash .

Many of the suspension bushings are available from Superpro and Dobinson from Australia. Do a search on raptorracing, who is a sponsoring vendor on this site (and a supra owner) as he puts orders in with them regularly, and he is in Canada so you save on the UPS charges. There was also a kit available from suprasport.com from a supra owner in the US that replaced every bushing. Even Toyota does not have all bushings as some of them are listed non servicable and only come with the whole suspension arm...
