79 supra 100k miles $600

i found a 79 supra w/only 100k miles for $600 is it worth it?
also does anyone have a pic of one? last question: what engine would it have?

I think that's fairly accurate.

As a project car it'd be kind of fun to mess with, IMHO. I seem to recall reading that you can pop a 7mgte in there without TOO much hassle, but I'm not super familiar with the car or engine so I couldn't tell you for sure. If I had the cash for the car and motor, I'd probably do it. Make a great sleeper

They were the very start of the Supras. They were o.k., but had a solid rear axle that would hop under hard acceleration. Toyota fixed it soon. The angular '82 was a complete redesign with independant rear suspension and a twin cam.
