I have a thrown rod in my old engine. and found a place that will take off so much for my old engine and sell me another one. what is all the stuff that needs to be removed to pull a engine and replace with another for my supra. and if any one has heard of engineman dot com my friend said it is a good place if it is i might go with them instead of the salvage yard

It really depends on the condition of the engine and what all is included. Usually, you can buy a 7M-GTE with a chopped wiring harness (but all engine essentials) for $900. I've actually never bought from a place where you had to give them any kind of core charge.
