Stock 87 Tune Up & Mods

I am going to go over my stock 87 nonturbo Supra I just got, to see what it needs.
I use OEM Toyota parts on my Land Cruiser as Toyota parts are far better than after market parts for the LC.
Is this true for the Supra?

Things I will be checking and what parts should I use, OEM or after market:
airfilter, oiled KN type or oem?
plugs wire cap
belts

I am not into cold air kits or loud exhaust but is there any mods other than them it increase power or efficiency?

I installed a catch can on my Land Cruiser with high mi to keep oil out of the intake. Does the 7MGE motor suck oil throgh the crank case venting system?

Is there a link or site with more info like what I have been posting?

I plan on changing all the fluids belts any bad rubber parts.
What else should I check?

filter: you choose. I use K&N myself, others complain the oils end up on the karman vortech sensor and they suffer AFM failures. Your NA does not have that problem. You might consider a K&N drop in filter and use hte facotry air box.

Plug wires: I use oem for perfect fit against the plug valley gasket.
Plugs: I also use OEM plats. I've used NGK as well successfully for plugs. Stay clear of Bosch.
Cap: no idea...never owned an NA before
cold air kits: DIY for the NA. I'm not aware of anything other than strapping a K&N cone filter to the sensor.
catch cans help. Turbo owners know this more than na owners do.

i use mostly OEM stuff for maintenance. for air filters, i highly suggest the Apex-i unit. check out this link:

http://mkiv.com/techarticles/filters_test/2/

but, if you don't over-oil the k&n you'll be fine. i have msd plug wires now, but i don't like them that much. (and i don't even use the plug valley gasket) they just don't feel like they fit well.

for spark plugs, i swear by autolite 3923 coppers. they're excellent. many high horsepower guys use them. true, Bosch plugs suck!

i run a greddy oil catch can. if/when you do this, MAKE SURE to have a vacuum source connected to the top of the can!

Is there anything else I need to do for a 90,000 mi tune up other than what is in the manual?
I am doing plugs wire cap rotor, tranny rad and diff fluid change, fuel and air filter, t-belt and other belts.

Timing, do I set to factory setting or do some advance do to elevation?

set to factory. The TCCS has a high altitude pressure sensor for automatic computer compensation.
