3rd Generation New 87 supra owner with charging system problem.

So I sold my supercharge solara and brought me a 87 turbo supra... Sadly the charging system is bad and still cant fix it yet. I have the wire diagram to the car and It just annoys me that all the wire looks fine, fuses brand new (ALT, AM1, AM2 fuse), battery and alternator brand new too and even changed it again to make sure.. The battery light still comes on but I see nothing wrong. The car will run off the battery only and not the alternator when i Disconnect the battery when the car is on. When battery runs out the car dies.

My question is I havnt check any fuse under the driver dash kick panel yet... But are there any fuse under there in conjunction to the charging system?

The charging system for all intensive purposes is located in the engine bay. I'd personally look for wires that are unattached/missing.

check the fusible link. sometimes when they fry, they don't actually look bad. check it with an ohm meter.
