Honda my A$$, you just can't kill a Yota...
I sent the guy a message asking to arrange a test drive...we'll see what he says. I'm expecting something like: "Oh, sorry...I've moved to Turkmenistan with the car so I'll need the cash up front to ship it to you..."

Oh and surprise, surprise! The ad has been pulled, less than 24 hours after it was posted. I was just surprised because the ad only appeared for my tiny city, and nowhere else. Usually those things get run nationally.

Sure enough, here's the response I got from the email I sent:
Hello,
Sorry for taking so long getting back to you.
I already have tons of emails so I hope you understand that
I need to sort them out. I am glad you are interested in my car .
First, I want you to know that I lived in Toronto, but for the moment I'm in
London, UKwhere my family lives. Two months ago my cousin died in a tragic car accident.
My cousin family need money urgently and that's why i sell this car so
cheap, because i want to help them, they also live here in London.
The car is in good condition. It has a title clear which you will
receive along with the car.
The price is $5000.
I have chosen the eBay Shipping Center program to take care of
all the proceedings, so the car is right now in their possession
in a warehouse in Toronto, from where it will be shipped by
eBay.
I deposited it there to do this deal in the meantime.
Beside shipping the car , eBay will act as the middle man -
holding the payment until you receive, inspect and decide to keep it.
You will have a 7 days inspection period.
Regarding the payment method i would like to use eBay like a 3rd
part for the deposit because eBay will protect us.I paid them fees for that!
The car is already into eBay possession, they inspected and tested the car
to see if it is eligible for the Shipping and Purchase Protection Program.
Look how they work:
1. Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description
of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection.
2. They will draw up a Sales Agreement, send it to you approved by their legal
representative and me the seller.
3. Once they will make the agreement approved by both parties they will start the shipping process.
4. They will provide you the payment details.
5. You will have to submit the payment via Money Gram, as instructed in the Sales Agreement, into their
safe account in maximum 48 hours after you will receive the payment
details. The money will remain in their account until the buyer receives, inspects
and accepts the vehicle.
6. As soon as the vehicle leaves their warehouse they will send you the shipping
receipt and the tracking number.
7. The Buyer has a number of 7 days for an inspection and the option to
accept or reject the vehicle.
8. If the buyer accepts the vehicle, they will forward the payment to me.
Should you dislike the vehicle for any reason, they will refund you in
FULL in maximum 48 hours and return the vehicle to me at my expense.
I forgot to tell you that the shipping is free if you pay $5000 for my car and
it will take 3-5 days to arrive at your door.
If you want to go on with this deal , mail me asap because I have another
interested buyer and I need to sell this car fast.
Program offered by eBay Shipping Center.
Best Regards!
