You would need to find something related to the dealer in the owners manual or other place if the original owner kept anything. You might try a Toyota dealer to see if they can trace the service history to a dealer early in it's life, but likely not as those records tended to get purged, or erased as they were old/incompatible etc. Heck, many dealers in 87 barely knew what a computer was forget having one.
You might need to look to automotive restoration shops to get someone to build parts, but this will be the most expensive sunroof you ever saw. If restoration is in the cards, great, you might be willing to do it. If you don't plan on making this car special or just use it to get from a-b and plan on not having it in a few years, perhaps a body shop can weld up the roof, install a used headliner and give it a shot of paint...
You might also try larger forums like supramania.com or supraforums.com to see if anyone has had the same problem, or might be parting out a car with an intact one. We love our little forum here, but the numbers say you'll likely find more options on those two.
