Those won't get you anything. Period.
The manifold is moot because it isn't designed for the CT-26. It says:

The stock turbo is INTERNALLY gated and is
NOT a T4 flange.
The downpipe you linked uses the STOCK turbo elbow, which is probably the largest limitation in the whole stock exhaust system.
For comparison, here's my old stock elbow, versus my old SupraSport.com 3" Elbow:

In fact, those two parts you linked won't even go together. The manifold won't work with the stock turbo, and no aftermarket turbo would use the crappy stock turbo elbow.
