Help, headlights not working

I was removing to clean under the carpet of my 96 Supra. I saw the integration relay hanging loosely so i disconnected it to find out where it belongs and put it back. The door light, low beam headlights, turn signals dont work only my high beams. I connected the integration relay and still none of those things work. Is my integration relay bad? Thanks

Check the fuse for that light, or the bulb is damaged. Also, check the wire from the socket. I also have a 98 Toyota Supra and sometimes my headlight suddenly turn off. But like i said check to see if there is voltage getting to it before you rule out the bulb, I hope this helps
