3rd Generation Radio, CD, Casette tape

I have a 1990 supra turbo with a cd,cassette, radio combo stock. I am looking for another one since the cd player does not work. What I would like to know is can anyone tell me thru what year can you cross another toyota radio. ie: 1989,1990,1991,1992,1993,1994 etc..... What I dont wont to have to do is re-wire. Just sorta like a plug and play setup from radio to radio.

Thanks John

That deck was probably available optional on the camry, the cressida (if they made one that year...can't remember), 4runner, celica and land cruiser. I believe 90-92 were the supra years you could get it, and by 93 the MKIV was using a different unit, so it was probably out of circulation by then.

It's unlikely it would have been exclusive to one model, but it certainly was not available on the lower end models either, even as an option. That said, the multi-player was rare even on the supra, so you might be up a creek in finding it easily.
