You're going to need a 7M-GTE wiring harness and ecu as well, that has neither.

More than likely the wiring harness is not an "Etc". Largely the R154 Tranny, ECU, Wiring harness, and such are the reason people pick up $1200 roller turbo vehicles and use them as parts cars.

That is a grey plug (see: 1989+) wiring harness, you will need an ecu to match. It's also mated to the w58 Automatic tranny.

what's an automatic w58..?

it's more time consuming, but buying a turbo parts car, and parting it out to recoup your purchase will end up being cheaper...

Since you are very against buying a turbo car it seems, this should be what you're looking for.

Ditch the Auto? :-D
Even the ECU's are tailored to Auto/Manual trannies.

@Razo, That was a mistype. The R154 was the Turbo 5-Spd, the W58 was the N/A 5-Speed, and the A340E was the Automatic transmission.

If that's the Manual ECU and Manual wiring harness it will be lacking some plugs for your automatic.
