1989 Supra R154 Tranny Fill Plug?

I was in the middle of changing my transmission fluid in my manual tranny on my 7mgte, and I ran into a bit of a delima. My Haynes manual says that the fill plug is the bold that is on the drivers side and located at the back by the tranny mount inline with the drive shaft.... Then it shows a guy sticking his finger in the highest bolt you can take out with two wires going into the bolt, and says that you should make sure to check that the fluid is just below this fill hole... Which hole is the correct fill? I would think it would be the higher one...But I'm not sure now, since the book says both are fill holes in the pictures.....help please

Really, if you're filling the tranny, neither are fill holes. They can be used to check that the level is topped off though. To fill the tranny, pull out the shifter and pour the fluid into the hole. All there is to it.
