'89 Supra, turbo leaking antifreeze internally... What to do now?

Hello everyone,
We finally got the '89 Supra Turbo running. The fuel system had issues we repaired and it all good so far.

The problem is now the turbo is leaking antifreeze internally at that rubber seal and smokes white while being driven.

Where can we source a rebuild kit, rebuilt or new turbo for the 7M-GTE? I have the VIN # if that will help source parts. Also, what is an approximate price for any of the above parts?

Thanks in advance,
BLUEVTEC18.

If it is a gasket leaking, just go to Toyota and get another. They stock them. If you are seeing white smoke from the exhaust, perform all tests to rule out the headgasket first before spending a ton of money on the turbo (compression/leakdown and coolant analysis to look for the presence of exhaust gas byproducts)

I have not seen it personally but my father-in-law claims there is a rubber seal internally that you can see the antifreeze seaping through. He said there is a rod in the middle of it and that it must be a diaphram of sorts? He called the local Toyota shop and they want insane $$$ for the turbo. I thought if we could just get a quality aftermarket rebuild kit or rebuilt turbo, it would make things a heck of a lot easier on us and his wallet.

The HG is fine as far as I know. We replaced that and all the freeze plugs about 5-6 years ago. He drove it a few months after those repairs were made and then garaged it and it hasn't been driven until recently.
