Stereo Wiring diagrams for a 1987 MA70?

I've just got my hands on a really nice mark 3, the widebody version, with a 7m-ge in it. And I've been dying to have music while driving, but my attempts at installing a headunit have failed miserably, as I have no idea which wires are which.

Does anybody have/know where to find a wiring diagram for headunit installation?

I just tried installing it, and to my great disappointment, it doesn't work.

I dont know if its because its a shitty headunit, or if its a wiring problem >_<

I sense long frustrating times ahead.

You should be able to take a 1.5 volt battery and touch the wires to the speakers and hear a slight pop just to test them. Should make things pretty easy.
