6mge to 7mge conversion

Im researching engine mods and was wandering if anyone has first hand took a 5mge head and has ported and modafied it to 6m specs and put it onto a 7mge block fo compression reasons and because 7mge valves burn way too easy under high tempratures, if youve rebuilt the 7m engine you know what Im talking about here.
If anyone has any advise on how to properly fit the 5m head to the 7m block it would be appriceated.

Never heard of anyone trying...the 7m head worked will still flow better numbers, and in all the years I've been around them, I have yet to hear of anyone burning the valves (short of poor fuel management issues, but that's another story).

I see what your saying there, but I am also running my engines at higher temperatures because of high compression for racinglike my 5mge is @ about 12:3 to 1 and I do heat it somthing fearce, My main idea with the 5m head on the 7m block was to run the heavier valves, but yeah Ive seen the 7m heads burn valves and smoke something fierce.
