You didn't list any important fuel mods. Injectors, fuel pump or any other supporting mods to go over 12psi. Nor do you have any way to tell if you're going lean.

So, with that said, Lean it out if you can aford to rebuild it. Otherwise stay below 12psi. Fuel Cut is just the maximum overhead safety switch. The stock O2 sensor has no way to tell if you're rich or lean at WOT (Wide Open Throttle).

Alright, im just going to run 11.5 psi till i get a wideband and can measure afr. If im going past 12 psi (Injectors, AFM, Fuel Pump) would i need a SAFC to tune it right or will it recognize it well enough on its own? Of course then fine tuning always comes into play.

The supra TCCS recognizes nothing. It expects certain parts to be present. If you swap them out, tuning becomes your issue, as the ecu will keep trying to do what it is supposed to do with the parts it expects are present.

Once you exceed stock boost (~7psi) the TCCS has no fuel maps (so it uses it's stock open loop map which was meant for stock boost) and you're relying on good luck to save you really.
