There is a 100A master fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Chack that and see if you have managed to blow it, but you'd need a hell of a draw to have blown it. If so, look around for anything that may have shorted to the chassis in that area, else you may have to start tracing things through the nooks and cranny's of the car.

This may sound dumb, but here goes anyway. Did you check the battery? I had one go bad in my Mustang. I drove it to the supermarket and back, got into it a half hour later and nothing. The battery had shorted internally, it showed voltage on a voltage test but failed a load test. When it happened I had nothing. No lights, radio, hazards, nothing. When I put jumper cables on I got nothing until I removed the old battery. I installed a new battery and everything was fine.

.......

thanks for replys,

embarrassingly enough it turned up to be something very simple, although strange thats why we never found it,

the positive had somehow disconnected itself from the battery after we had parked up over night......... very weird and thank god it didnt happen when we were driving or a serious accident would have been the result,

despite spending hours racking our brains inventing complex theories on what could have happened, we should have taken the 2mintues to examine the batery,

we even connected the leads to the battery to jump it and we didnt notice, so rest in peace knowing that there is one born every 2minutes and today its definately me, sorry for wasting your time and thanks for suggestions

well correct me if i'm wrong but you dont need the positive to drive. My 91 Tercel's positive came off one morning after I had jumped it. Ran great til I turned on the headlights haha.

At least it wasnt anything bad in your Supra.

Welcome to the boards too!
