Do any companies make any lightweight / aluminum / better pulleys for the 7m? I know you can upgrade pulleys on like everything else, but i hanv't seen any for the 7m.
Aftermarket pulleys for the 7M are VERY BAD. Avoid them at all costs. Aftermarket crank pulleys available for the 7M don't have harmonic balancers, and will destroy your engine very quickly.
Light weight pulleys on a street motor are pointless. The only people who benefit from them are people with built race motors in highly competitive classes looking every bit they can get out of the car. The gains they produce are quite small, and will only be appreciable on a motor that has had considerable work done to lighten the rest of the rotating mass (crank, flywheel, pistons, rods, etc).
This type of work produces a motor with more top end HP, but due to the lighter rotating mass will be more prone to stalling on launch, and will not be happy in traffic, or going up hills. Things that are less that desirable in a street car.
Throwing parts at it doesn't make it better.

If you want to, if you have an ac unit on yours, you can elminate the belt, but you probably won't even know that its missing. There really aren't any noticeable positives from removing it though, maybe just peice of mind

More correctly...all aluminium crank pulley = bad things. ATI makes an SFI damped lightweight crank pulley that would do a better job than most 20 year old dry rotted ones, but costs more than a lot of owner's cars did. As to the others, accessory pulleys close to the factory sizes should work well, and while you're dreaming if you thing there are measurable gains to be had for the most part, they do look very nice if you are looking to dress things up a little/can find them! It took me a year to find a complete set for a price I was willing to pay.
