'79 celica supra

I'm not sure if this should go in the celica or supra section but here goes. I found a 79 celica supra at the local toyota dealer in near perfect condition. I am interested in buying it and I'm supposed to call them tomorrow with an offer but I have no idea wgat it's worth. Does anybody know how much it would be worth?

Hard to say. When you are dealing with cars like that they fall in the collector catagory. I take it this is one of those cars that has sat in the show room? As far as book value is concerned, a car that old has no value. A better question is how much do you want to pay for it?
