speedo don't work

i have a 94 supra with a 1jz swap and everthing is great except the speedo and temp gauge doesn't work. i've tried everything that i know so if anyone can help me it would be very grateful

check speed and water temp sensor on work , you swap 1jz head on 2jz block ??? check wires speed and water , check fuse....
