I thought the ct26 flange was the TO4E... It says its a bolt on turbo flange style TO4E 61mm turbo, says it even uses the stock accordian hose. Even though i wont cause i dont want it so suck the accordian hose in.
It's far easier to decypher (and far less annoying to those trying to help you) what it is you want to know if you take the extra couple of seconds to write it all out in the first post. Clearly you are looking at a custom turbo from SP or suprasport if you mention it bolts up. An original Garrett will not. Where did you read that bullshit about sucking in the accordian hose. Its a turbo not a black hole.
I read the thing about the accordian hose on SF i believe. People said if your running 18+ lbs on the stock accordian hose it will flex inwards when boost builds and if its a old weak one it can rip/sucked up.
I should have known that came from SF. Fact is a disintegrating accordian hose will get sucked into a CT if it is let go far enough, but somehow the lemmings there believe that it is always the part that is bad and not the person maintaining it (hence I boycotted that site years ago). Yes, rubber does slightly flex when pressure or vacuum are applied, but it's not that significant in the accordian hose. It's one of those things that if you want to, feel free and go ahead, or if you have a bad one and want a little bling, get a metal one, but it is far from being a problem.
The horsepowerfreaks one is the suprasport turbo. LIPP owns suprasport.
Yeah i was looking at the SupraSport 60-1 LIPP Boss JR. They said its 100% bolt on except for the coolant/oil lines, which you can choose as an optional package.
