Bov

Ok, now I'm going to beat a dead horse, but I am now at a standstill. I want a good quality bov, they generally do the same thing, so I don't really care which one. The HKS kit for the stock intercooler piping just jumped to 290 at jsc speed, and that is really the only kit I know that recirculates. Synchronic bov sounds iffy as far as reliability, blitz seems ricey and doesn't recirculate, and greddy is the same as the latter. I'm not paying that much for a F**** BOV. They used to be about 175 for a good one 5, 6 years ago. Anybody have any ideas?

I got a bigger intercooler and piping kit that came with a new BOV, do you want my old one? It isn't recirculating, but you could always go here:

I don't see any concern over recirculating or non recirculating. When you let go of the gas, the tps tells the ecu to stop pulsing the injectors till like 1200 rpms, so for just a milisecond, you run rich, not even noticeable to the O2 sensor.

Here's a pic of what I can send you. Black aluminum pipe with adapter already welded on and the bov.

Yeah, thats not a bad setup. I'll have to wait until school is out and then I'd like to pick it up from you.

Unless you're in Ohio I don't see that as worth while. You can PM me your address and I can just send it USPS.

How much do you want for the setup? The only reason I wanted to wait until summer is so I had more money to spare. I'm just trying to play it safe right now.

I have something you need and something I don't want, how much do you think I'd want? Just pay shipping and a 12 pack of beer and I'd be happy to let it depart to you

Hey that would be pretty neat. Thanks. I ran out of money doing all the machining, parts and paint for my engine, and now I don't have enough to do the bolt ons until summer. Thanks for help! If you have a paypal account, I can send the money through there to you. Otherwise, pm me with any other details!

That is what these forums are for, are they not, to get help? My paypal account is sabrinasman4ever@hotmail Give me a week or two before sending it, I've not yet got my new intercooler in yet, I'm supposed to be going to the shop to work on it tomorrow, I'll try to get the new installed then, but to be safe, just wait till I let you know. I figure shipping will be about $15+beer money=$25. I'll let you know tomorrow if I was able to get it done.
