Exclamation New Engine Over Heating

HI. I just intalled a new 7m-ge engine on my supra about a month ago. suddenly this past week it's been overheating. I havent done anything drastic on it. I installed an AEM INTAKE SYSTEM and had been driving on overdrive from time to time. And the smaller fan close to the radiator isnt spinning. Any thoughts of what can be causing overheatment? blown head gasket? fan? water pump?

The little fan is the AC fan. It shouldn't run all the time. When does it overheat? Does it have a low coolant light? Can you tell if the waterpump is in good condition (Though waterpumps going out in 7M's is relatively rare)? Is the radiator in good condition (Has good flow through it? etc.

7M-GE's blow head gaskets, it's just less common.
