Question Need sone input

hey guys i have yet tofix my supra and it hurts me to see it jsut sitting.. i was wondering if i should put my chevy 350 small block that is not fuel injected into my supra instead of rebuilding the current 7m ge motor that sits in it now with a blown head gasket and a hole in the piston from what i understood that all the coolant dripped on the top of that piston and created the hole. but anyways shoud i rebuild the 7m ge or just put the 350 small block in it?

If you have a known good 350 and trans, go for it. Some will object on "loyalty", but in my opinion, results matter more than sticking to any one specific platform. If the critics were that loyal to the marque, they wouldn't modify it either...

Japan

is it expensive? i have the motor and tranny but its for a 1995 chevy tahoe thats what it would be coming from anyways. I just want to use the car for what it was meant for. Street Racing!

It may be..... But generally bolt on parts for 350's give you more power gains, and sometimes are cheaper then some of the upgrades for the Toyota engine. I think it could be expenseive to put in, but not much more than a fully modded 7mgte. Do some research online for it, I have found a couple of sites using google just to look.
