Need Advice for 1990 Supra Stop Lights

Aloha,
my stop lights stay on all the time.
i pulled the stop light fuse out to turn it off temporarily.
does anyone know how to fix this problem?
your simple step by step instructions will be greatly appreciated.

You have a short, or you have a switch sticking on the brake pedal, or you have a tail light failure box problem, or you played with the wiring when you added a spoler a year or so back. Start with diagnosing if the pedal switch is stuck as it will be the easiest to get to, and only requires you to jumper the connector to see what happens.
