Decking Procedure
Well, its time to do a second head gasket job on a buddys supra. He didn't pay attention to all of the things that needed to be done when he did it. So, he had the head and block decked, but not to the correct RA. He had .3 taken off of the block and .2mm taken off of the head. Here is what I cannot find anywhere for the block: how much material can be taken off before the block is no good anymore? I have the specs for the head but I can't find the specs for the block.....Anybody know?
