plugging factory turbo coolant line?

i am putting an aftermarket turbo on and it does not use the factory coolant fed line that comes off of the front plate by the coolant neck to the radiator. its come factory with a banjo bolt and a hard line that goes to a rubber coolant line. wondering if you just plug that with a regular bolt when switchin to a non coolant cooled turbo? thanks
