Potential supra owner need advice

So, i'm looking at buying a 1990 Supra, and im not too familiar with import tuners, all my cars have been pre 70's classic muscle cars, thus far. and am still a learning mechanic.

Here's the specs:

SUSPENSION/BRAKES:
New Russel Performance Full Stainless Steel DOT Brakelines(all 6)
Drilled and Slotted Rotors
New KYB GR-2 Lifetime Warranty Shocks and Struts
Rebuilt Brake Calipers
New Factory Toyota Shock Mounts

INTERIOR:
New GT Grant steering wheel and Adapter
'95 JDM mazda Rx7 Tan Leather Seats
Triple Gauge pillar and Gauges
New Black dashboard cover(no cracks in dash)
5" Autometer Monster tach/shift light
Battery relocated to rear of the car
JDM Suede shift boot and B&M leather shift knob
Custom switch panel

DRIVETRAIN:
Motor: 7MGTE 3.0l Turbo 24v
-std cylinder bore rebuild
-Cylinders honed
-Deck Resurfaced
-Pressure Tested(magnafluxed)
-All New Freeze plugs installed
-Block painted black to match powdercoat
-All work professionally done and all Gaskets replaced
-New timing belt/tensioner assembly
-New piston rings
-New wrist pins
-Polished forged crank
CYLINDER HEAD:
-Completely rebuilt:
-Resurfaced
-Valve grind
-Valve Job
-New Seats
-New Valve stem grommets
-Pressure tested (magnafluxed)
-ARP performance head bolts used in reassembly
-New Full Metal Head Gasket (7mgte is notorious for blowing head gaskets.. Metal head gasket and arp head bolts are the problem solver

TRANSMISSION:
-W-158 Long ratio trans used for comfortability-driveability
-New Slave Cylinder
-New Centerforce Stage 2 clutch
-freshly Resurfaced flywheel
-New Clutch hose from slave to mastercylinder
-Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Oil Used ONLY
-New factory Crush washers and new problem solver drain and fill plug

DIFFERENTIAL:
-Mobil 1 fully synthetic Gear oil used ONLY
-New factory Toyota crush washers and problem solver fill and drain plugs
-New differential cover gasket

FUEL/AIR:
-Freshly Rebuilt Turbo (.010 shaft play)-(factory specs allow between .015-.020)
-K&N Airfilter
-Stainless Filter Adapter to Mass Airflow Sensor
-Meigan B.O.V
-New NGK Laser Iridium Spark plugs
-New Fuel Pump/Strainer/Filter/clamps

WHEELS/TIRES:
-New 1992 Factory 16x7 Turbo wheels
-New Metal(bolt in) valve stems
-New KUMHO AST 245/50r-16 Tires (no miles at all)
-New Gorilla Locks Lug Nuts

EXTERIOR:
-Factory Hard to find front supra crystal emblem
-Smoked Taillights
-Custom TRD mk4 Hood design

EXTRAS:
-New Thermostat
-New Radiator cap
-New Hood and Back hatch Struts
-Hood Pins and lanyards for locks

POWDERCOAT:
-Turbo Compressor Housing
-Valve Covers
-Wheels
-Intake Manifold upper plenum and lower plenum

CAR NEEDS:
Minor but Some assembly may be required
needs: 1 fuel line attatched, engine harness installed, upper and lower radiator hoses, intercooler installed, seats mounted.


And they want 2k for it. basically it comes down to, is it a good deal, or not?

If the body is in good shape and the engine build was done well then it's well worth a $2,000 price tag however it's easy to hype up a build when in reality it wasn't that grand.

I will also point out that the transmission on it is not the turbo transmission. Normally people say they'll go to 300whp, then people bumped that up to 350whp either way, the limit of that transmission is within reach of a decently modified 7M. Whereas the R154's limit is usually claimed to be in the 700hp range.

Other than that, just take note that the body isn't perfect and assembly is required. It isn't a finished car.
