I like both as well, but pace setters are cheaper. I am sure the Greedy's have more power though.

one of the cheapest upgrades for the GE is to purchase a used stock system from a turbo owner. It's nearly 2.5 inch to begin with, and can be had for a song. Anything larger really is a waste on the GE engine.

Does Greddy even make an exhaust designed for a N/A? The ideal exhaust for a non-turbo engine and the ideal system for a turbocharged engine are NOT the same. With both you want as free flowing of a pathway as possible, but where the turbo will benefit from the largest piping you can cram under the car the N/A will suffer. It's a matter of how quickly the exhaust cools (it gets denser/heavier) and loses velocity. A well tuned system may seem small, but it is designed to keep the gas moving at a decent speed until it can reach the exit. A very well designed exhaust further benefits the system by creating a good deal of suction to help pull more exhaust from the cylinder than would otherwise exit in a given period of time; This is known as scavenging. A crap system will allow the exhaust to cool too quickly, allow exhaust pressure to build, and potentially cause a scenario where the engine actually has to PUSH the exhaust from the cylinder, often leaving more inert gas in the cylinder costing you power; The severity of this is also dependent upon the cam timing and profile. On the up side your mileage would improve.

Not a direct answer, but I hope it will help you understand the basics of the whole picture.
