how do i get my alt fuse out of my 94 supra

i blew the fuse alt in my main fuse box in the engian bay it is a 120a fuse i have tried to pull it out and since it is the orginal fuse the plastic is so very brittly so every time i try and do any thing it just breaks apart. i dont know how to get it oiut it laso seem to be stuck in there pretty tight i can not see any prongs to unclip either. if any one has had this problem please let me know how solve it thanks

i believe that in the mkiii it's actually attached with a screw from underneath. might be the same on your iv.
